idp Advertising / Sponsorship Opportunities
Exciting News! The institute for design professionals is launching a new Sponsorship / Advertising opportunity for Design and Construction industry suppliers in the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania markets.
We would like to invite you to join us. We can offer exposure to an audience of design professionals who are in a position to specify your product/services in their next project.
idp has become one of the leading sources for continuing education programming in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Our brochure reaches more than 35,000 licensed professional engineers, architects, and landscape architects multiple times per year, offering a large variety of quality educational programs across the three states. Each of our sessions is typically attended by between 30 and 100 PEs and Architects including a small number of Landscape Architects. Over the years, more than 4,000 design professionals have attended our sessions, many are regular attendees.
We would like to offer you an opportunity to become one of our sponsors. An idp sponsorship is an excellent, cost effective way of marketing your products and services directly to the professionals who need to know about them.
You can choose to sponsor lunch or a coffee break at one of the sixteen sessions we have coming up this spring. Choose the location and topic that best matches your service or product. There will be only one sponsor per event and they will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. We can also provide you with advertising on our web site, which is visited frequently by licensed design professionals who need to know about your products and services.
Both coffee break and lunch sponsors will have a prominent sign with their logo displayed at the event and will be announced at the beginning and end of each session. In addition, sponsors will be invited to have one promotional piece distributed to attendees at registration.
Lunch sponsors will be invited to have a representative attend the session to allow for networking before and after the session and during coffee breaks and lunch.
The Sponsor Form outlines the available opportunities for advertising and sponsorships. Please feel free to contact Ann Marie Schreiber with any questions. She can be reached at 315-682-1496, or by e-mail.
